Business Support Specialist

This role involves providing administrative support to the commercial team. It is a full-time position located in the desired location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks, preparing and managing documents, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with day-to-day tasks, document management, and data entry.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and vendors.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics, manage client and vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Supporting Sales Teams: Provide administrative support to sales teams, handle commercial operations, and maintain records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Administrative Tasks: Proficient in administrative tasks, document management, and data entry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and vendors.
- Logistics Coordination: Ability to coordinate logistics, manage client and vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
