Job Role: Operations Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish open communication with customers to confirm details and provide timely updates.
  • Share and update yatra itineraries, resolving any changes or clarifications as needed.
  • Support customers in redeeming coupons or discounts and address related queries efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth experience from booking to post-travel feedback.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance future yatras.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • An empathetic approach with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
  • Availability to work full-time for 3 months.
