HCM Business Transformation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Business Transformation Consultant to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP HCM solutions.

  • Lead and manage SAP HCM implementation projects or support.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Configure Employee Central including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Events.
  • Integrate EC with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time, LMS) and third-party systems.
  • Handle data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders.
  • Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Time, Payroll, and Talent Management.
