**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a challenging role in Oracle Fusion HCM.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 18 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant with excellent communication and expertise in Human Capital Management Modules.

The consultant should have hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to Enterprise Business Suite, knowledge of process flow, setup knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.

On the technical side, the consultant should have expertise in Oracle Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.

The consultant should also possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and have knowledge on Structured Query Language, Data Migration, and Customization.

Additionally, the consultant should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5 to 18 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant
