Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM and possess a deep understanding of financial consolidation and close processes, including multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and complex reporting needs.

  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes to ensure accurate and efficient results.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows to streamline financial consolidations and enhance user experience.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting to provide actionable insights.
  • Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance to ensure seamless operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
