Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Consultant – Hybrid

This role involves leading and supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud. You will partner with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.

  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will also conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS is required. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and taking on new challenges every day.
