Oracle OSM Expert Wanted


We are searching for a seasoned Oracle OSM consultant to take on a challenging project in the telecommunications domain.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Communications OSS Stack products, particularly OSM. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting OSS solutions for complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle Communications OSS solutions including OSM.">
  • Translate high-level design requirements into technical solutions.">
  • Prepare detailed technical documents such as HLDs, LLDs, and other project-specific documentation.">
  • Perform code builds and deployments for development and testing environments.">
  • Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OSM and related components.">
  • Support solution integration, testing, and optimization activities.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end OSS implementations.">
  • Work independently or as part of a team to ensure project deliverables are met.">
  • Provide technical support and guidance for ongoing implementations.">
  • Be willing to travel for client deployments or project needs.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Experience: 3–9 years of experience with Oracle OSM (version 7.3.x and above).">
  • Education: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications.">
  • Technical Expertise:">
  • Strong understanding of OSS domain concepts and communications industry workflows.">
  • Proficiency with Java, XML, XQuery, WebServices, WebLogic, and RDBMS technologies.">
  • Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and scripting.">
  • Hands-on experience with OSM installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.">
  • Awareness of TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model, and Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions.">
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Flexibility: Open to travel as per project requirements.">
