US Payroll Consultant
This is a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functional lead consultant - SME roles. You will be working closely with clients or internal stakeholders to implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
Key responsibilities of this role include leading or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations specific to the US legislative requirements, having hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, and possessing deep functional knowledge of payroll processes in the United States, compliance requirements, and integrations with other HCM modules and third-party systems.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 3 years focusing on Oracle Cloud Payroll (Fusion), strong functional knowledge of US payroll legislation and compliance, and proven track record of at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation.
As a US Payroll Consultant, you will work independently and as part of a global team to troubleshoot payroll issues, provide ongoing support and system enhancements, stay current on Oracle HCM updates, patches, and US payroll legislative changes, and train end-users and provide documentation on payroll configuration and processes.
