Workday Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in the configuration and maintenance of Workday Payroll systems.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Workday Payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Provide expert-level support for clients on various payroll-related topics, including withholding orders, taxes, validations, and arrears.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on Workday Payroll best practices and features.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing and resolve them efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday Payroll with other HR systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Active Workday Core HCM and Payroll certification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on payroll processing.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring withholding orders, taxes, validations, and arrears.
  • Subject matter expertise in payroll processing framework, banking, and settlement.
  • Expertise in payroll input and audit, off-cycle and on-cycle payments.
  • Familiarity with multiple HR processes, including time tracking, talent, recruiting, compensation, absence, and benefits.
