Job Opportunity

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll is required.
  • At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations completed successfully are expected.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas is a must.
  • Excellent analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently are necessary.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions are required.
  • A willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations from requirement gathering to go-live.
  2. Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  3. Configure payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll operations and compliance.
  5. Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.
