  • Assume a pivotal role in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules, encompassing General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.
  • Utilize expertise to configure financial modules based on client requirements, adhering to Oracle best practices.
  • Deliver functional consulting services, including requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Perform thorough fit-gap analysis and design tailored functional solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Oversee testing and deployment phases, developing and executing test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
  • Collaborate in data migration and integration initiatives, defining and overseeing financial data migration strategies.
  • Partner with technical teams for seamless integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Lead training and documentation efforts, conducting user training and preparing user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Promote collaboration across project teams, working closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in design reviews and solution validation to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • A full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation experience is essential.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, banking, or the public sector is beneficial.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations is desirable.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and in global delivery models is essential.
