Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Trainer to develop and conduct online/offline training sessions on Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting modules, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging course content, practical exercises, and real-time case studies for learners
  • Mentor learners with assignments, projects, and interview preparation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and releases
  • Provide guidance on Oracle Certification
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting modules
  • Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
