Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Expert Required

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to lead our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-based HR systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical components for implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
  • Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop Reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop fast formulas.
  • Familiarity with at least two HCM modules, including Core HR.
  • Understanding of Redwood framework.
  • Understanding of Journey configuration.
  • Perform Page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
  • Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs.
  • Nice to have OIC development skills & experience.
  • Nice to have VB development skills & experience.
  • Prepare and submit technical documentation.
  • Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
  • Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to business users.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
  • Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.
