Job Title

A Technical Leader is required to oversee Cloud HCM projects.

Responsibilities
  • Production support project experience, understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interacting with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Minimum 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with at least 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional in two or more modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, OTL.
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests, and requirement analysis/documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Collaborating on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Managing the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, including super-permissions, patch management, POD management, system configuration, and risk management.
  • Performing Unit tests, staging test scenarios, and documenting test results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least two HCM modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, OTL.
  • Efficient and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore models.
  • Proficiency in Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
  • Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher, and additional Reporting Tools.
  • Experience with creating and moving changes via migration sets and extending Cloud through personalization.
