Expert HCM Cloud Professional Sought

Our organization is looking for a seasoned HCM Cloud expert to join its team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HCM Extracts, reporting, and integrations.

The successful applicant will possess hands-on experience in developing scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes. They will also have a strong technical understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and be able to configure and manage reporting and integration flows for various HCM modules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  • Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
  • Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

  • BI Publisher: Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.
  • OTBI: Real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
  • HDL: Strong data load expertise.
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks.
