Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Expert

The ideal candidate will lead the successful implementation of a client's Oracle Fusion HCM solution by providing product and implementation expertise. They will collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and configure and test the solution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Utilize extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design to develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing to ensure high-quality results.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM to drive process improvements.
  • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects and work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspect and hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with implementation processes and ability to provide technical and functional support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field are required.
