Oracle Functional Consultant Job Description

This job posting is for a highly skilled Oracle functional consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules
  • Provide functional expertise to clients on Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR processes and best practices
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR functionality, including core HR, security console, geographies and address validation, document types and number generation rules, position management and synchronization, grades and grade ladders, AOR templates, and absence management configuration and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and provide solutions
