Oracle HCM Specialist

An Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will oversee the end-to-end deployment, updating, and customization of Oracle HCM modules globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation process for all Oracle HCM modules.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
- System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
- Training, testing & Quality assurance of HR tech products: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides.
- Change Management and digital adoption: Support organizational change management activities on HR technology adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented tech products.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
Familiarity with Gen AI tools, data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment is a must.
