We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to drive sales and growth in our assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends and data to create effective business plans, as well as monitoring and achieving sales targets. They will also be expected to implement and execute strategies to meet or exceed business goals, and engage with key stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions pharmacies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business plans based on market research and analysis
- Monitoring and achieving sales targets
- Implementing and executing strategies to meet or exceed business goals
- Engaging with key stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutions pharmacies
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or any other relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
