About the Role
We are looking for a
financially strong, customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist
who thrives in a professional corporate culture. This role is not about "pushing sales" — it's about building trust, consulting customers, and driving sustainable business growth through knowledge, service, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a
skilled sales consultant
– guiding customers with integrity and expertise, not pressure. - Drive sales performance by understanding and leveraging
retail financial metrics
such as Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, revenue per square foot, and customer retention. - Deliver an outstanding
customer service experience
, ensuring each interaction reflects our brand values. - Maintain strong knowledge of our product line and industry trends to provide accurate, value-driven advice.
- Collaborate effectively with the
team environment
, supporting collective goals. - Prepare and present
sales reports, insights, and customer feedback
to management. - Uphold and promote a

that respects and empowers sales professionals, avoiding exploitative practices.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Business, Retail Management or related).
- Master's degree holders are welcome — with fast-track growth potential.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience
(luxury, jewelry, lifestyle, or premium retail preferred). - Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of retail sales and financial terms
(AOV, margins, inventory turns, upselling/cross-selling metrics, etc.). - Exceptional
customer service orientation
and relationship-building skills. - Excellent
communication and presentation skills
(spoken and written). - Financially savvy with ability to connect sales performance to business goals.
