Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager to lead our India operations and assist us in other geographies. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting activities, ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, financial reporting, and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day accounting duties, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure adherence to Indian tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Establish robust checks and controls within each task to guarantee accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
