Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and analysis.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management to optimize financial resources and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Investor Relations: Provide regular financial insights to investors, board members, and key stakeholders, preparing presentations and performance reports for investment discussions.
  • Process Optimization: Implement financial technology solutions (ERP, financial modeling tools) to streamline operations, driving automation and efficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in senior finance roles, including financial leadership positions.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, investor relations, and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in liaising with banks and financial institutions for securing working capital, term loans, and structured financing solutions.
