Job Title: Financial Strategist

As a Financial Strategist, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth.
  • Produce detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial models to analyze variances and trends.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare, review, and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making and improve profitability.

Cash & Treasury Management

  • Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including lines of credit, interest rates, foreign exchange exposure, and banking relationships.

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting policies.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors/tax advisors to maintain compliance.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise finance/accounting staff and provide coaching and performance management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, procurement, operations) to drive budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and process improvement.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement efficiency initiatives in financial processes and systems.
  • Maintain and upgrade ERP/financial software to standardize workflows and improve productivity.
