Job Title: Technical Support Expert

About the Role:

At MNR Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Expert to join our team. As an Associate Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure optimal performance and functionality of systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical assistance to clients and internal teams for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

• Manage and prioritize service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

• Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and applications to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and service requests in the ticketing system.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical issues and provide clear and concise solutions.

• Collaborate with other technical teams and departments to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or a related role.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Knowledge of operating systems, applications, and networking principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with ticketing systems and support tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in relevant technologies or tools.

• Experience in a similar industry or technical environment.
