Job Summary

A Technical Support Executive at Aryan Imaging And Business Consultants Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for providing expert technical support to various hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting customers with technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
  • Installing and configuring operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Providing remote technical support to customers using desktop sharing and remote access tools.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and peripherals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows 7, 10, and 11.
  • Knowledge of software applications and peripherals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel if necessary.
