We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Care Manager. This position involves overseeing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure timely resolution of service-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare comprehensive customer feedback reports.
- Conduct follow-up calls post service/vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage service appointment scheduling and oversee smooth workflow at service centers.
- Support in implementing effective customer care campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Elevate unresolved issues to higher management as necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in managing customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in maintaining service records and generating reports.
- Knowledge of customer care strategies and loyalty programs.
