Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative - Parts professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on parts and services is provided to customers.
  • Assist customers with ordering and purchasing parts, including processing payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
