Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our team.

  • The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO environment, managing a team of 10+ members while working in a customer support role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day planning and operations of the team.
  • Ensure team members deliver on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Train and develop team members through coaching sessions and recognizing weaknesses.
  • Create reports on team performance and document feedback from clients.
  • Act as a liaison between management and the team.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of international BPO experience as a Team Leader managing at least 10+ teammates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with above-average technical know-how.
  • Previous experience working on phone, email, and live chat customer support roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce, ZenDesk, or any other CRM tools is also desirable.
