Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain service records and prepare customer feedback reports.
  • Conduct follow-up calls post service/vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage service appointment scheduling and ensure smooth workflow at service centers.
  • Support in implementing customer care campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher management as needed.
