Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, or information updates.
  • Resolve product/service-related issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.
  • Document all customer interactions and update CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma (any discipline). 0-2 years of experience in customer support (voice process). Freshers are welcome.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language. Good listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Ability to work in shifts (if required).
