KrishiVerse is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The role involves managing customer queries, providing technical support for our NEER and Chaukidaar products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Support**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries related to NEER, Chaukidaar, and other KrishiVerse products.
- **Technical Assistance**:

- Understand the technical aspects of KrishiVerse products to provide accurate support.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve advanced issues.
- Guide customers in integrating products with the KrishiVerse app and using features like timer modes, sensor setups, and fault alerts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a positive relationship with customers by ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Document and update customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product and service quality.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Stay updated with product developments and features.
- Train customers on using KrishiVerse products effectively.
- **Escalation Handling**:

- Identify and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant team.
- Follow up to ensure escalated issues are resolved promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
