Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are inviting applications for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will partner with business leadership to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

The successful candidate will work closely with leaders to identify critical roles and key talent. They will develop plans to staff critical roles with the best talent and develop that talent to achieve business objectives.

  • Engage and work with internal and external partners to provide support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead efforts to drive focus and progress on key human resource metrics such as recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support organizational transformations.
  • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR KPIs.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage HR-related risks.
