Seeking a strategic recruitment leader to drive talent acquisition and build high-performing teams.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business units. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce requirements and proactively plan recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy and Planning
    • Develop a strategic recruitment plan to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities for growth and development.
    • Monitor key recruitment metrics to measure success and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Team Leadership & Management
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators, providing guidance and support to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
    • Oversee the identification, sourcing, and selection of qualified candidates for open positions, leveraging a range of strategies to engage and attract top talent.
    • Manage and continuously enhance the company's talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs, staying ahead of emerging trends and best practices.
  • Hiring Process Optimization
    • Ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process, from job posting to offer negotiation, delivering exceptional candidate experiences and minimizing time-to-hire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development.
  • HR certifications or relevant experience preferred, demonstrating expertise in recruitment strategy, talent pipeline management, and team leadership.
