Job Description

The Wellness Shop is a leading clean beauty and wellness brand, committed to delivering high-quality skin, hair, and lifestyle products that combine the wisdom of Ayurveda with modern science.

We are expanding rapidly and require a seasoned professional to strengthen our talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce needs and be able to forecast talent requirements across functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements and ensure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with business growth strategies.
  • Lead the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a consistent and efficient process that delivers high-quality talent within defined timelines.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping for the wellness, beauty, and consumer goods sectors.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals.
  • Enhance our employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks.
  • Deliver a superior candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire).
  • Provide regular dashboards and insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.

Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.

Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
