  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage their progression through the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an HR Recruiter role.
