Talent Acquisition Manager

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be part of the HR function and report to a designated lead. The purpose of your role will be to oversee the Talent Acquisition recruitment for research and development functions to ensure onboarding of the right talent in a cost-effective manner.

  • Develop strategic plans for timely closure of positions for business-critical roles as per business needs and maintain market share.
  • Maintain a healthy source mix by leveraging internal and external sources.
  • Actively connect and manage stakeholders, conduct weekly TA COE catchups, sharing hiring updates with functional heads, consultant performance management, etc.

A typical day involves managing Talent Acquisition recruitment for R&D functions to ensure onboarding of the right talent in a cost-effective manner.

In addition, you will work on Talent Acquisition process improvement by maintaining a check on consultant quality and using social media networking to improve brand pull.
