Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Job Summary:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support organizational growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR operations, employee experience, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and present actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership skills and knowledge.
  • Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and evaluate their effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
