About the Role:

  • Promote and sell advanced payment solutions, white-label platforms, and banking-as-a-service offerings to businesses, fintech startups, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound cold calls and contact potential clients to explore new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that address client requirements.
  • Generate and follow up on qualified leads to drive business growth.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collect market insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the fintech industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the fintech or SaaS sector is essential.
  • Expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and engagement with C-level executives is highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are required to succeed in this role.
  • The ability to work independently and thrive under pressure is necessary for meeting sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of advanced payment terminals, white-label API solutions, and banking-as-a-service models is expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to fintech startups, NBFCs, banks, or large enterprises is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Unified Payments Interface (UPI), AePS, Bharat BillPay System (BBPS), and digital payment solutions is an added advantage.
