Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator Senior Associate at Play Arena, you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries via phone and email. Your primary goal is to respond to all inquiries on the same working day, ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

Provide information to customers in a calm and patient manner, capturing their requirements and avoiding confusion on the booking calendar. Your aim is to reduce the number of missed calls and ensure that no calls are missed at the end of each day.

Conversion Ratio

Measure the ratio of received inquiries and confirmed bookings, identifying opportunities to upsell and provide alternatives to customers. Your negotiation skills will be essential in closing deals and meeting sales targets.

Database and Coordination

Maintain a database of all inquiries, tracking regular bookings and updating the birthday booking calendar. Ensure that all stakeholders and departments are informed and on-time for events, avoiding communication gaps or complaints.

Qualifications and Education

Excellent communication skills, a super positive attitude, and preferred skills in interpersonal, customer orientation, teamwork, communication, quality, and taking initiative are essential for this role.
