Job Title: Human Resource Manager

As a dedicated HR professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day HR operations.

The role involves leading recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Driving training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administering payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance.
  • Supporting organizational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
