As a Technical Support Specialist at Interactive Brokers, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the Trader Workstation, including connectivity, network testing, and Java configuration. You will also manage problems with a focus on wide-scale technical issues and assist customers with inquiries pertaining to all of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical support for Trader Workstation
  • Problem management and troubleshooting
  • Customer support and liaison between internal teams and customers

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Windows/Mac software and hardware support, connectivity support, and Java familiarity
  • Networking and general technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues
  • Self-confident, open, extroverted, good communication skills, flexible, and able to work independently in a team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English is a must

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (B.Tech, BE, or MCA) or equivalent
