Senior Finance Manager Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Finance Manager

As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for leading our finance function at a strategic level. Your role will involve driving financial planning and budgeting with plant finance teams.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. They should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with directors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial planning and budgeting with plant finance teams
  • Oversee financial statements, management information systems (MIS), and compliance across verticals
  • Manage working capital, banking, and fund flows with zero defaults
  • Lead cost analysis and dashboards for strategic decision-making
  • Handle export-import documentation and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • MBA (Finance) / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWA) / Master of Commerce (M.Com) | Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
  • 5-7 years' experience in finance, accounts, taxation, exports, and imports
  • Experience working in a manufacturing background
  • Strong command of Google Sheets and MIS reporting, along with creation of Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Excellent communication to work with bankers and institutions
  • Proven people management skills with remote teams
