About the Function
The Domestic Hotel Supply function at MakeMyTrip oversees the supply of independent hotels across India, with a portfolio of over 70,000+ contracted hotels.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Partnership Manager to establish and foster connections with independent hotels. The successful candidate will oversee comprehensive key account management from start to finish, ensuring sustainable performance of the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship and Account Management:
- Connect and engage with independent hotels.
- End-to-end account management and driving sustainable performance of the region.
- Sourcing and onboarding new hotels.
- Provide expertise, metrics analysis, and recommendations based on industry best practices to hotel partners during travel visits.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships, training partner hotels on our extranet and wholesale business.
- Review monthly production reports, provide feedback to top-producing hotels, and plan market site visits.
- Build MIS and market intelligence reports, prepare geography-wise and service-wise sales plans, and achieve them.
Negotiating:
- Network, initiate deals, negotiate, and close deals with clients.
- Strategize to market hotels in a better way, helping hotel partners serve customer needs while growing their businesses.
Qualification & Experience
- Masters degree from a reputed institute with 2-4 years of experience in sales/travel trade/key account management/contracting/B2B sales.
- Experience handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential.
Estimated Salary: ₹8 Lakhs - ₹12 Lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience. This role requires high energy, excellent communication skills, influencing skills, great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and a strong attitude.
