Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paid Digital Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of campaigns, from planning and setup to launch and optimization.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conversion Tracking & Platform Integration: Set up, test, and maintain conversion tracking across platforms.
  • Performance Optimization: Manage budgets, bids, ROAS targets, and pacing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ecommerce and lead generation clients, as well as fluency in English - spoken and written.

  • 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience working with ecommerce and lead generation clients.
  • Fluency in English - spoken and written.
  • Comfortable navigating Shopify and understanding how to connect and optimize ad tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely launches and optimal performance.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm changes, audience trends, and platform updates to inform campaign strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

  • Proven track record of success in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and software.
