High-Performing Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven performance marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end performance marketing strategies that drive measurable growth for clients.
This role involves planning, launching, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. You will leverage data analytics tools to track user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion pathways.
To succeed in this position, you should have 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably at an agency with hands-on experience with key digital advertising platforms and expertise in data analytics and reporting tools.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive maximum ROI and customer acquisition.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and key social platforms.
- Leverage data analytics tools to track user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion pathways.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
