About the role:

Responsibilities include managing the entire customer experience, upselling/cross-selling, maintaining net promoter score hygiene, analyzing data and insights to drive customer growth success and marketing strategies, playing a key role in goal setting and strategy for all accounts, and tracking the success of provided solutions.

Additionally, you'll act as an AI marketing solutions expert to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions to achieve measurable business results for partners. This involves designing metrics and measures for determining ROI on provided products, becoming an evangelist for all products by educating clients on product solutions and best practices, addressing customer satisfaction, and managing diverse issues until resolved.

You'll also understand and assess customer requirements, level of adoption of the service, and assess the risk in renewing current contracts. Furthermore, you'll build a thorough understanding of client's brand, business, customers, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance in building requisite digital marketing initiatives.

The job requires generating reports and presenting performance snapshots to internal stakeholders. Required skills and qualifications include a proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets, prior experience in digital marketing, understanding of media channels like Google, Social Media, Programmatic buying, etc., analytic tools such as Omniture, GA, Appsflyer, Kochava, etc. Additionally, you should be able to achieve revenue targets for customers on a timely basis, solve problems independently, translate high-level goals into actionable plans, have a growth mindset, be creative and diligent, multitask, prioritize, rapidly iterate, and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Able to hit and overachieve retention and growth targets.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing and understanding of media channels and analytic tools.
  • Ability to generate revenue targets for customers on a timely basis.
  • Problem-solving skills to independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
