Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive conversions, leads, and brand awareness.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies using data-driven approaches to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Conduct audience research and create targeted campaigns to reach the desired customer base.
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and formats to ensure maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and daily ad spends to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced custom audience strategies to maximize campaign impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Business Manager & Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, ROAS, and attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience in retargeting & remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting sense for ads and ability to brief creatives effectively.
  • Agency experience preferred but not mandatory.
