We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive student acquisition and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to inform future campaign decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the content, design, tech, and sales teams to build high-performing funnels.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying).
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
