Job Summary
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid campaigns on Meta and Google to drive business growth and maximize returns.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Planning
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to achieve key performance indicators such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Campaign Optimization
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to track progress towards goals and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration and Creativity
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with the company's brand voice and aesthetics.
- Reporting and Insights
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other performance tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Professional Development
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing to continuously grow and improve skills.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads, preferably for e-commerce brands.
- Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Understanding
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Creativity
- Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
