We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Paid Search initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and execute best-in-class paid search strategies, driving campaign performance and ROI.
  2. Guide a team in executing paid media campaigns to industry-standard best practice, including creative strategy and ad account optimization.
  3. Continuously optimize ad accounts to achieve outstanding results for clients.
  4. Maintain client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  5. Contribute to the growth and structure of our paid search media team, assisting in training and up-skilling.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience managing multiple search campaigns simultaneously.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  3. Ability to multitask, self-driven, and proactive.
  4. Comfortable working across departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  5. Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can adjust priorities quickly.
  6. Confidence with numbers and data analysis.
  7. Attention to detail and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. Google AdWords Certification is a plus.
